The Concept behind Provenance Fine Wines
After many years working as sommeliers in restaurant and as Champagne wholesalers,

The team at Provenance Fine Wines came together to import very high quality, boutique and 100% organic producers from France.

The winemakers we represent are essentially women (or monks), born and raised within the appellations they produce,
showcasing wines beyond terroir… wines of ‘Art de Vivre’.

Our Producers

CHAMPAGNE – MARGUERITE GUYOT

Marguerite Guyot bases its roots in the Damery’s vines, land of ancient Champenoise tradition. An original range of cuvées characterized by a refined and elegant personality, reflected in a creative design. Florence is Marguerite’s grand-daughter.

She took over the management of her grandmother’s vineyard when she passed away 20 years ago and decided to create a very feminine collection. Made of single varietals, her wines express different types of human emotions related to Champagne.

Her style is gourmet, generous and food friendly.

Made of single varietals, the idea is to give to her Champagne strong personality and character but also, with extended aging, a relative gastronomic interest. Désir, Séduction, Passion, Extase… This Champagne has the language of love!

CÔTES DE PROVENCE – DOMAINE DE GRAND PRÉ

Domaine de Grand Pré can be found on the sundrenched hills of Pierrefeu at the base of the Maures ranges; a land where the cicadas chant, the lavender blooms and the wine flows.

Thriving on the ancient red and rocky soils, the vines here benefit from the Mistral, that northerly dry wind to create the ideal cool, dry climate for the production of organic wines.

From vineyard to bottle, the process is 100 per cent organic and Valérie, the winemaker, excels at preserving the natural aromas in the wines.

The grapes are mainly the traditional Grenache, Mourvèdre and Cinsault for the rosés and Rolle (Vermentino) for the whites.

IGP MÉDITERRANÉE – ABBAYE DE LERINS

The Lérins Abbey was established over 1000 years ago on the island of
St Honorat, off the shores of the frenetic city of Cannes on the French Riviera.

To this day, the monks continue to follow a strict monastic code as part of the order of Saint Benedict – Ora et Labora, pray and work.

The first evidence of winemaking dates back to the eleventh century, when the Abbey produced wine for mass and the monks’ personal consumption. Thirty years ago, the Abbey decided to revive and professionalize the vineyard so others can enjoy these fine wines, refined through generations of skill, knowledge and care.

Today, the Abbey produces almost 35,000 bottles per year.

The soils comprise dolomites (marine rock rich in magnesium), limestone and clay.

These wines are 100 per cent organic from 2019 onwards

CHABLIS – DOMAINE MOSNIER

In the far north of Burgundy, the wines of Chablis are known worldwide for their unique terroir, where purity and minerality dominate.

The Mosnier family has been working the family vineyard in Chablis since 1893. Today, the vineyard is under the care of Stephanie Mosnier and her husband Christophe. Together, they cultivate four hectares of Petit Chablis, 13 hectares of Chablis and almost two hectares of Premier Cru.

Since 2007, Stephanie has been working towards organic viticulture (minimal intervention, indigenous yeats, clay collage and light filtering) in order to create the purest experience of Chablis.

In 2019, she received the HVE3 Sustainable label.
